What does per-user pricing mean?

Each person with login access counts as one user. Pricing is quoted in AUD per user per month, plus a one-time setup fee when you onboard.

Can I change plans or roles later?

Yes. Most teams start lean and move up as they add CRM, finance, or multi-company needs. We help you switch tiers without losing project history.

How do I pick the right role—Installer, Retailer, Inspector, or Enterprise?

Choose the role that matches how your team works day to day. Installers focus on field ops; retailers run lead-to-install; inspectors handle site visits; enterprise covers multi-branch or aggregator setups.

What are add-ons?

Some capabilities—like AI voice (VAPI) or SMS—can be added on top of any paid plan. The comparison table shows what is included vs available as an add-on.

Is customer portal access free?

Yes. End customers do not pay for portal access. Your company invites them when they are ready—project tracking, documents, and support are included on your side.

Is there a long-term contract?

What is the one-time setup fee for?

Setup covers onboarding—workspace configuration, role setup, and getting your first jobs or leads into the system. The fee varies by tier and is shown on each plan card.

Do subcontractors or part-time crew need a full user?

Anyone who logs in with their own account counts as a user. Many teams start with core installers on paid users and expand as they add office staff or subs who need mobile access.

Can we run multiple brands or branches on one subscription?

Yes. Enterprise tiers support multi-branch visibility, consolidated reporting, and governance controls. Smaller teams often start on Retailer or Field plans and upgrade when they open a second location.

What is XVRYTHING Marketplace pricing?

Marketplace is priced separately from CRM. Use the product switcher to see Starter, Growth, and Scale lead packages—each with a different daily premium-lead volume and coverage. Rates shown are indicative while Marketplace is in preview.

Do I need CRM to use Marketplace?

You can buy Marketplace leads on their own, but Growth and Scale sync leads into XVRYTHING CRM so sales can assign and follow up in one place. Most partners run both products together.
