1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the XVRYTHING platform, mobile applications, or marketplace services provided by XVRYTHNG Pty Ltd ("XVRYTHNG", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.


2. SaaS Services & Subscriptions

2.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, XVRYTHING grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the XVRYTHING CRM, mobile field app, and project tools.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify XVRYTHING immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.


3. XVRYTHING Marketplace & Credit Wallet

3.1 Wallet Credits & Lead Dispatch

The XVRYTHING Marketplace operates on a credit-based wallet system. Contractors may recharge their wallet balance to unlock public task pool items and enable automatic monthly lead dispatch.

  • 2 Monthly Verified Leads: Active credit wallet balances enable automatic monthly dispatch of 2 verified high-intent Solar + Battery leads into your CRM.
  • Credit Deductions: Credits are deducted upon lead dispatch or on-demand task claim from the public pool.
  • Exclusive Allocation: Dispatched leads and claimed pool tasks are locked exclusively to your CRM tenant.
  • Credit Balance: Wallet credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Compliance & Field Operations

Contractors using XVRYTHING field operations tools and automated JSA/SWMS compliance generation remain solely responsible for verifying on-site electrical safety, CEC certification compliance, local licensing, and regulatory workplace health & safety standards.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XVRYTHNG Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.


6. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
